The Ascaso Steel Duo Plus PID offers a unique combination of style and technology amongst the double boiler machines.  The Duo Plus PID combines industrial styling with technologies to make it a unique and compelling option in the double boiler machine category.  With features like PID temperature control, 58mm professional portafilter, volumetric controls, externally adjustable over-pressure valve, brew pressure gauge, no burn steam wand and an two insulated thermoblocks; the Ascaso Steel DUO Plus PID will suit every home or small office setup. 

Features:

• PID Temperature Control:  The PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) controller allows the user to precisely adjust the brew or steam temperature and improve temperature stability.  It also doubles as a shot timer while brewing.
• Energy Efficient Thermoblocks:  The stainless steel and aluminum thermoblock combined with the PID controller results in exceptional temperature stability and fast warm up time.  On demand heat combined with insulation also makes the Steel Duo Plus PID very energy efficient.  The two thermoblocks mean that you can brew and steam for an efficient workflow.

• Volumetric controls: Program 2 doses to a precise volume of water to improve repeatability.
