Made from C11000-High Conductivity Copper, 99.9% pure. 1/8 inch Thick. Because these dffusers are made of copper, they will change color with the first use.

Use on gas, electric coil and electric glass/ceramic stove tops. We do not recommend using on heat settings higher than medium high.
